Notes:

Multidata refers to the wireless internet service available at the Village Hall.
The PC pays the monthly fee to Multidata and then recovers the cost from WLDC.
The Clerks salary is paid net of Income Tax which is paid by the PC direct to HMRC.
Wilkinson Plant Hire is contracted to provide grass cutting services throughout the village.
Rudies Roots is contracted to maintain the village planters
